This customer in Elkton, KY, called Frontier to control the moisture and humidity in their crawl space. To tackle their problem, we cleared out the debris in the crawl space, installed our drainage matting, and CleanSpace liner. When that was complete, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a drainage system that included an IceGuard and LawnScape system. We finished this Project with a new crawl space door.

The SaniDry Sedona

Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
