This customer from Paris, TN, called Frontier to help them control the moisture in their crawl space before listing their house for sale. We sent out our Real Estate Response Team to inspect the crawl space and decided on a partial encapsulation. This project involved cleaning out the old, moisture-soaked debris, installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, sealing the vents with SilverGlo panels, and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity.
