This customer in Athens, AL, called Frontier due to a sagging crawl space floor caused by moisture issues. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the unlevel floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
