This customer in Greenville, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To start the project, we cleaned out all the debris. To stop the moisture issues, we completed a complete crawl space encapsulation. This process began with the installation of our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, followed by the addition of drainage matting, a CleanSpace liner, sealing of the crawl space vents, and the installation of our TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system.

StarPipe is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawl spaces. StarPipe's custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots

IceGuard and LawnScape System

Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
