This customer in Manchester, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues and unlevel floors in the home. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the unlevel floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing SilverGlo panels to seal the vents, Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door.
