This customer in Boaz, AL, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to fix the moisture issues. This included installing our StarPipe Crawl Space Drainage system, Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe sump pump. We finished the project with a new EverLast crawl space door and an IceGuard and LawnScape System.

StarPipe Crawl Space Drainage System

StarPipe™ is designed to be an easily installed conduit to accept water from the soil and surface of perimeter walls of your crawl space and drain to a sump system, allowing the water to quickly evacuate from the crawl space.

IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection

Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your crawl space!

LawnScape Installation

LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
