This customer in Nashville, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. This process began with the installation of our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, followed by the addition of drainage matting, a CleanSpace liner, sealing of the crawl space vents, and the installation of our TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system.

StarPipe Crawl Space Drainage System

StarPipe™ is designed to be an easily installed conduit to accept water from the soil and surface of perimeter walls of your crawl space and drain to a sump system, allowing the water to quickly evacuate from the crawl space.

IceGuard and LawnScape System

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
