This customer in La Vergne, TN, called Frontier due to a plumbing leak on the first level of her home, which was leaking into the crawl space through the subfloor. After the plumbing issue was fixed, we performed a crawl space encapsulation. This started with removing the moisture soaked debris, installing our drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished with a new Everlast crawl space door.
