This customer in Clarksville, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues and failing supports in their crawl space. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing our StarPipe crawl space drainage system, Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To finish the project, we installed an IceGuard and LawnScape drainage system.

StarPipe Crawl Space Drainage System

StarPipe is a custom-engineered drainage system for crawl spaces. StarPipe's custom design has slots on each side, providing a drainage track on the bottom. StarPipe's unique star shape holds the fabric sleeve in place to prevent dirt from entering drainage slots.

This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!

LawnScape Installed

LawnScape is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
