This customer in Clarksville, TN, called Frontier due to moisture issues and unlevel floors in the home. We decided on a crawl space encapsulation to address the moisture and SmartJacks to stabilize the unlevel floors. Once the structure was stabilized with our SmartJack system, we started the encapsulation process. This included installing Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To finish the project, we added a new crawl space door. Now their crawl space is stabilized, clean, and dry.
