Torn Vapor Barrier
Rips and tears in this vapor barrier allow ground moisture to evaporate into the space.
Efflorescence
White, chalky residue can be seen on the crawl space wall. This occurs when moisture seeps through and evaporates, leaving minerals behind.
Trench for Drainage System
Frontier's crew digs a trench for the drainage system to sit in before installation.
Drainage System
The drainage system surrounds the crawl space, collecting water as it enters from the walls.
Drainage System Connection
The drainage system connects directly to the sump pump, creating an efficient path for water to be collected and discharged away from the home.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe™ sump pump is installed at the lowest point of the crawl space, allowing gravity to naturally direct water from the drainage system into the pump for efficient removal.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is installed underneath the CleanSpace liner, allowing water to flow laterally towards the drainage system.
Full Encapsulation
The CleanSpace® liner seals the crawl space floors and walls, creating a durable moisture barrier. Any water entering through the walls is directed down behind the liner and into the drainage system.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier will pull moisture from the air and keep the crawl space dry. It is placed near the entrance of the crawl space for easy maintenance.
IceGuard and LawnSpace Outlet
Water is discharged from the crawl space through the IceGuard® system, which allows water to escape even if the discharge line becomes blocked or frozen. The LawnScape™ outlet is installed downhill from the home, directing water safely away and preventing it from flowing back toward the crawl space.
