Relative Humidity
The RH in the crawl space was 67%. Any RH over 60% allows for mold to grow.

Old Vapor Barrier
The current vapor barrier is not sealed, allowing moisture from the ground and walls to enter the crawl space and increase humidity.
Crawl Space Door
This crawl space door is not creating a true seal. Air is able to move around it and enter the crawl space.
Debris Removal
The crew begins the project by removing debris, including the old vapor barrier.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is installed to prevent the CleanSpace liner from puncturing.
RimTite and SilverGlo
SilverGlo is placed over vents with RimTite insulation to seal the encapsulation.
SmartJack Installation
SmartJacks were installed in the crawl space to lift the floor and stabilize the home.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
This new dehumidifier will keep the space dry, preventing mold growth.
EverLast Door
This EverLast Crawl Space Door seals the crawl space so humid air can't enter.
