The existing dehumidifier was not controlling moisture, so we recommended encapsulation and SmartJacks to help dry the space and lift the floor. During the project, the crew discovered the cabin was sitting directly on dirt with no footer, making digging unsafe. We encapsulated all accessible areas, sealed the space with spray foam, and achieved noticeable floor lift.
