This Tennessee crawl space needed our help! Water was coming into the crawl space whenever it rained. This was leading to damp soil under the tarp and standing water on top of the tarp. Mold was beginning to grow and the homeowners were worried about the health of their foundation!

The wet soil and standing water on the tarp made it so the wood beams had an everlasting source to water. Water and wood are NOT a good match. Too much exposure to moisture can cause the beams to decay and fail. Luckily, we had the perfect solution for them!
