After years of water damage the concrete work was in bad shape. The broken concrete was a safety concern; trip hazard, holding water when it rains, freezing in the winter, and less than pretty. Removing the old concrete, pouring new, and giving the water proper drainage solves this Nashville home owners problem permanently.

This 1972 Nashville home's porch recently had some settlement issues that resulted in a tripping hazard. Their concrete porch had sunk a little and become uneven and cracks began to appear recently. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry!

These homeowners had some cracks throughout their walkway.  Before it started to sink too much they wanted to be proactive and get ahead of this problem.  They reached out to Frontier and Frontier had a design specialist go and diagnose the problem.  Together with the homeowner it was decided that some PolyLevel would be injected under the concrete to fill the small void as well as some Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to smooth everything out.  The results are beautiful.
