Sinking Patio Lifted, Gallatin, TN

Challenge

The patio in the entry way to the house was sinking down and created big gaps, presenting daily tripping hazard for the homeowners or anyone visiting the house. The front steps also developed cracks due to sinking patio. The difference was so enormous that one of the columns holding the roof above patio collapsed and created a huge gap underneath, so the roof wasn't properly supported anymore.

Solution

To lift the concrete patio, we applied PolyLevel, which lifts the whole patio to a desirable hight in just a few minutes! Then, we cleaned the cracks on the steps and patio and sealed them with NexusPro and SealantPro sealers. The patio is now leveled without any gaps.
