Cyndi from the Oak Grove Shopping Center called Frontier to inspect cracks related to foundation settlement. Frontier Foundation’s design specialist observed large cracks on the outside of the building, allowing water through to the interior. Our crew installed 13 helical piers to stabilize the structure. The sidewalk was lifted with PolyLEVEL in the area covered by the sidewalk. All the cracks were filled with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water intrusion. This commercial foundation is now permanently supported, and the inside is protected from water damage.
