While the pink insulation is a cheap and easy choice, it is not the best. The insulation collects moistures and this leads to mold growth. The big problem is that the insulation is right next to the wood beams that help support the weight of your furniture and family. Moldy and moisture filled insulation will only lead to decaying wood.. which leads to uneven floors above.
