"I just recently had a Water Guard system installed in my 1500 sq. finished basement and while I can't say it was a clean or easy job, it was an overall very good experience and I'm glad I chose Frontier Basement Systems to do the job. I chose them after struggling with foundation water and doing a great deal of research. I worked with 2 foremen - Hermes & Gumaro and their crews and they were respectful of myself and my home and did a very difficult job professionally and efficiently. Customer Service follow-up throughout the project was top notch as well as after the job was completed. I recently had an additional back-up pump installed by Service Technician Donald Hill and he was TREMENDOUS! Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the entire system to me so I could troubleshoot any issues that may come up (I like to be prepared!). I would definitely recommend this company to you."
