Digging for the Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump requires 2 feet of vertical space for installation. Our foreman is carving the bedrock to make space for the pump.
Creating the Trench
Field technicians jackhammer the basement floor to create space for the drainage system.
Crushed Rock for Waterproofing
Rocks are used to allow proper water movement within the waterproofing system. Frontier's field technicians shovel the stone into five-gallon buckets and carry it down the basement stairs for installation.
Space for the Drainage System
Minimal space at the edge of the basement is used for the drainage system installation.
SilverGlo Panels
Frontier installed SilverGlo panels to prevent air from leaking into the basement.
Wall Liner
The block wall in this basement allows moisture to seep in. CleanSpace wall liner was installed to direct moisture towards the drainage system.
Finished Drainage System
Concrete is applied over the drainage system to restore the surface of the floor after installation.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe sump pump collects water from the drainage system and pumps it out of the basement.
IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet
Water is pumped through an IceGuard and out through a LawnScape Outlet. This system allows water to flow away from the house, preventing moisture from reentering the basement.
