After discovering water in the basement of her Kingston Springs, TN, home, Beth H. contacted Frontier to protect the space and prevent mold. Our team removed the existing walls and installed a WaterGuard XL drainage system with a CleanSpace wall liner to manage water at the source. A TripleSafe Complete sump pump system now directs water away from the home through an IceGuard and LawnScape outlet. To finish the project, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and an Aspen air purifier to keep the basement dry and the air clean.

Connection to Sump Pump

The drainage system connects with the sump pump so water can be removed from the basement.

IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet

The system discharges water through a LawnScape Outlet, with an IceGuard installed to prevent discharge line blockage or backup in the event of freezing.

Wall removal

The existing pseudo wall in front of the basement wall was framed with 2x4s and needed to be removed to allow for installation of the drainage system.
