Subir in Gallatin, TN contacted Frontier after noticing water intrusion in their basement. To protect the home and redirect water away from the foundation, our team designed a full exterior drainage solution. Around the perimeter of the house, the crew installed 129 feet of yard drainage paired with six 12” x 12” Catch Basins to capture and move water efficiently. The system discharges safely away from the home through a LawnScape™ Outlet, preventing water from pooling near the foundation. In the crawl space adjacent to the basement, our team removed debris and installed CleanSpace® Drainage Matting topped with a CleanSpace® 20-mil vapor barrier to keep ground moisture sealed out. All supports and jacks were wrapped in CleanSpace® liner for added protection. To control humidity and maintain healthy air quality, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier and filtration system was installed. With improved drainage and moisture control, Subir’s home is now better protected from water damage and excess humidity.
