Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Mount Pleasant, TN

This customer in Mount Pleasant, TN, called Frontier after a water intrusion in their basement. For this project, we installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines, as well as CleanSpace Liner on the walls, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and a Trench drain at the entrance. We completed the project by installing IceGuard and a LawnScape system.

Water Intrusion

Water has intruded into this basement and is being absorbed by the customer's stored items. Everything will have to be removed and dried out. Once the waterproofing products are installed, the customer's items will be safe from any future water damage.

Mildew Growth

Due to the water intrusion, mildew is growing on the concrete block wall. If there is enough organic material on the walls, mold can also start to grow.

Trench Dug

A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement, and weep holes are drilled to allow water to seep down through the concrete block wall into the trench, where the WaterGuard will be placed.
