The property included a finished basement, an unfinished basement, and three separate crawl space areas. All were showing signs of moisture issues. To manage the water intrusion, our team installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system along the perimeter of both the finished and unfinished basements. A TrenchDrain was added near the water heater to capture any potential leaks. For dependable protection, we installed a TripleSafe Complete pump system. This system features a twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC backup pump, and an UltraSump battery backup system with a control box, alarm, and maintenance-free battery. The setup included three CleanPump stands, an airtight lid with a floor drain, two IceGuards, a LawnScape Outlet, and a WaterWatch alarm system. Water from the pump was directed through a discharge line buried within the crawl space for a clean and effective drainage solution. In the finished basement, we removed damaged drywall and installed the EverLast Wall Restoration System to create a durable, waterproof finish. In the crawl space areas, we encapsulated the space with CleanSpace high-performance moisture barrier and CleanSpace Drainage Matting. The crawl space walls were lined with the CleanSpace wall liner, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system was installed to maintain dry, healthy air. To fully seal the space, we installed an EverLast Door, creating a clean, energy-efficient, and moisture-controlled environment.
