To stabilize her home’s foundation, our team installed nine 3-inch Push Piers with low-profile brackets. Inside the basement, we installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system paired with a CleanSpace wall liner to direct water to the sump system and keep the basement dry. For extra protection, the crew installed a TripleSafe Single Pump System featuring a durable cast-iron 1/3 HP pump, twin pump liner, airtight lid, floor drain, WaterWatch Alarm, and CleanPump Stand. Outside, we added an IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet to ensure proper discharge even during freezing conditions. To further control surface water near the carport, our team installed an XL Vehicle Trench Drain with a PVC drain line, helping redirect runoff and prevent future water intrusion.
