Water Intrusion
Water has entered this basement. In this photo, you can see the water on the ground seeping from the foundation walls.

Humidity Reading
This humidity reading is extremely high, indicating excessive moisture in the basement. It creates a perfect breeding ground for mold, mildew, and wood rot, among other issues.

Excavation Process
A trench around the perimeter is excavated, as well as an area for the sump pump. The sump pump container is put in place. It will be assembled after the container is in place, then connected to drainage lines.

WaterGuard Placed
The WaterGuard has been placed around the basement perimeter and surrounded with clean gravel.

CleanSpace
A layer of CleanSpace is added on top of the WaterGuard system for an added layer of protection.

The TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in crawl space waterproofing and humidity control.

CleanSpace® Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!

WaterGuard Install Complete
A thin layer of cement is applied on top of the WaterGuard system to set everything in place. This basement waterproofing project is now complete, freeing up space for storage or whatever the customer might want to use their new, clean, and dry basement for!

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
