This customer in Milan, TN, called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement, we installed two particular drainage systems. We used DryTrak and Water Guard drainage systems. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, CleanSpace wall liner, as well as a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We completed the project by installing IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines, as well as a LawnScape system.

Basement During Inspection

During the inspection, damage can be seen. The wall paint and stucco are crumbling and falling to the floor due to moisture issues.

Water Damage

The water-damaged areas of this basement are being removed. Once complete the debris will be cleaned up and we will start installing the waterproofing products.

WaterGuard and Sump Pump Installation

The WaterGuard system is placed and leads to the sump pump. All water that flows into the WaterGuard will be fed into the sump pump and pumped out through drainage lines out of the basement.

CleanSpace liner is added over the WaterGuard system for an added layer of protection.

CleanSpace is installed on the walls, and the SaniDry Sedona is put into place.

TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed

Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

The SaniDry Sedona

The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in basements, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

CleanSpace® Wall System

Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!
