Trench Dug
A trench is dug for the drainage system and the sump pump.

Weep Holes
Able to waterproof concrete block foundation walls -- Weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the blocks to drain the hollow cavities.

WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is installed into the trench dug. Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications.

DryTrac Installation
If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. DryTrak® is also perfect for other applications when jackhammering the floor is not an option-- in basement with radiant heat, for example.

Drainage System Installed
Our drainage system is installed and leads to the sump pump, allowing any collected water to flow through the sump pump and out through the drainage lines.

CleanSpace® Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!

Waterproofing
CleanSpace liner is installed, DryTrak and WaterGuard have been installed and cemented in.

Trench Drain Installed
A trench drain was installed around the water heater.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection
Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your crawl space!
