Trench Dug
A trench is excavated to install our WaterGuard system.

WaterGuard Placed
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the basement floor.

Sump Pump Installation
After the trench is dug for the WaterGuard, the area is excavated to place the sump pump. The area is dug out first, then the container is placed, and the actual assembling is done once the container is placed in its spot.

Trench Drain
A Trench drain is installed around the water heater, where we can't install drainage behind it.

WaterGuard Installation
After the WaterGuard is placed, CleanSpace is placed on top before everything is cemented into place.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

DryTrak Placed
As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. DryTrak® is also perfect for other applications when jackhammering the floor is not an option-- in basements with radiant heat, for example.

DryTrak and WaterGuard
As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. It is now sealed in place. The WaterGuard is installed and cemented over.

Basement Waterproofing Complete
The WaterGuard and DryTrak have been installed and cemented, and sealed over; this interior portion of the project is now complete.

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
