Evidence of Moisture
These walls have certainly seen better days, with clear signs of moisture visible in the cracks and discoloration of the brick.

More Evidence Could Be Lurking Behind Your Walls!
Being diligent about basement waterproofing is crucial for many reasons-this photo is a perfect example. At first glance, there were only minor signs of water issues, but once we removed the wall, we uncovered extensive evidence of water damage hidden behind it.

WaterGuard Installation
We decided on WaterGuard for this project. The first step in installing WaterGuard is to drill a trench around the perimeter of the basement, preparing the ground for the system to be properly placed.

CleanSpace and WaterGuard Make a Great Team
Our CleanSpace wall system and WaterGuard drainage system work hand in hand to keep moisture out. In this photo, you can see how we've combined both solutions to ensure maximum protection against water intrusion.

Sealing the WaterGuard
Next, clean stone is backfilled around and over the WaterGuard system, followed by the placement of a liner on top. This seals the system and prevents any concrete from seeping through during the final pour.

Sealed and Protected!
Here's another photo showing the trench being backfilled with clean stone as part of the WaterGuard system installation, an essential step to ensure proper drainage and long-term stability.

Quite the Pair!
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump system and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier work together seamlessly to deliver a complete transformation in this basement waterproofing project, providing both water management and improved air quality.

Final Steps
The final step for WaterGuard is pouring concrete over the WaterGuard system, creating a smooth, finished surface while fully sealing and securing the drainage system in place. The newly installed CleanSpace walls have completely transformed the space, leaving the basement clean, bright, and well-protected against moisture.

Drainage Pipe Creative Placement
A discharge pipe is then installed to carry the water from the sump pump safely outside the home, allowing it to be properly drained away from the foundation.

LawnScape Outlet
Water is safely directed away from your home's foundation through the WaterGuard drainage system, into the sump pump, and out through the discharge pipe-ensuring your home stays dry and protected.
