Basement During Inspection
Moisture in this basement is causing mold growth on the concrete block. This will keep growing if not addressed. The moisture needs to be removed and the basement waterproofed.

Trench Dug
A trench is dug and an area excavated to put the sump pump container. After the container is put in place, the electrical components are assembled.

Weep Holes
Weep holes are drilled into the concrete block wall to allow water to drain from the cavities in the block wall into the WaterGuard drainage system.

WaterGuard Placed
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

CleanSpace® Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace!

WaterGuard Installation Process
After the trench is dug, the WaterGuard is put in place, and a layer of CleanSpace liner is placed on top, a thin layer of cement is applied to secure the whole system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona
A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System (shown here), combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, represents the ultimate in basement waterproofing and humidity control. The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in basements, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Interior Basement Waterproofing
All the products have been installed in the basement, and this part of the project is complete. The basement is now waterproofed, and this customer can use the space for storage again without worrying about mold or moisture.

IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
