Water Issues
You can see in this photo that mold is starting to grow on the concrete block wall. This is due to moisture issues. We will fix this issue by installing a sunfloor drainage system for water to be routed out of the basement.

Trench Dug
A trench will be dug around the perimeter of this basement, and another section will be excavated to fit the sump pump.

Drywall Removed
This drywall had to be removed due to a water intrusion. Drywall easily soaks up water, which leads to mold growth. Once it has reached this point, it has to be removed or the mold will continue to grow further up the walls.

Trench Dug
The trench has been dug, weep holes have been drilled into the wall to let water seep out, and the WaterGuard is being put into place

WaterGuard Placed
The WaterGuard is being put in place and measured to make sure it is level, so it will work properly.

Liner Added
After the WaterGuard is put in place, a layer of CleanSpace is added on top for an extra layer of protection.

WaterGuard Installation Complete
Now that the WaterGuard and Trench drains are in place, a thin layer of cement is applied on top to secure the products.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

Drainage Lines Installed
These drainage lines are connected to the sump pump and will pump the water out of the basement. Once they are all connected, they will be buried.

LawnScape System
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
