Perimeter Excavation
The perimeter is excavated, and an area for the sump pump is dug out.

Perimeter Excavated
Once the perimeter is excavated to make room for the WaterGuard is complete, weep holes are drilled at the bottom of the blocks to drain the hollow cavities.

WaterGuard Installation
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

CleanSpace® Wall System
Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace! It is also placed over the WaterGuard before being cemented into place.

WaterGuard Installation Complete
The WaterGuard has been placed, surrounded with clean gravel, covered in a Clean Space liner, and then finally, a layer of cement is added to secure it in place.

Trench Drain Installed
Trench drains are used in high-traffic areas like doorways. This Trench has been installed under the door and cemented into place. Any water that falls through this grating will be directed into the WaterGuard and then the sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

IceGuard®
IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection: Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!

LawnScape System
LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
