This customer in Clarksville, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. To waterproof their basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed a Trench drain where vehicle and foot traffic enter. To replace the drywall that had to be removed we installed our EverLast Wall panels, permanently repairing the drywall damaged by water. We finished the project with an IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system.

Water Intrusion

Water has been coming into the basement from the garage door opening. This is an issue that will be fixed by installing a Trench drain.

Wet Drywall

Water is entering the basement below the drywall and trim, this will have to be cut out and replaced with our EverLast wall restoration system.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

CleanSpace Placed

CleanSpace is used on this part of the basement wall and on top of the WaterGuard system that has been installed. After this step, the drainage system will be cemented into place.

Trench Drain Placed

The trench drain is put in place at the garage door opening. These drains are used in high traffic areas where the water can seep in when used.

Doorway Trench Drain

The trench drain is installed and cemented into place under the doorway. This will catch any water coming in when the door is used.

WaterGuard and LawnScape System

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
