Insulation and plastic ran the wall of the crawlspace in attempt to keep water out and insulate under the home. Unfortunately, this insulation is not designed for this and the plastic used was not able to keep the water out so the insulation was soaking up water as well. Wet insulation is very heavy and gravity will pull it from the wall.
