Basement Before Project
During the inspection you can clearly see where the water is intruding through the walk in door.
Project Starting
Loading the equipment in to start the waterproofing project.
Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement to place the WaterGuard that will lead to the sump pump.
Weep Wholes are Drilled
Weep holes are drilled into the concrete block wall to let water seep down into the WaterGuard system.
Project Underway
CleanSpace is starting to be installed on the exterior wall and the sump pump is put in place.
WaterGuard Installed
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.
Trench Drain Installed
A trench drain is installed at the entrance of the basement where most of the water is intruding.
CleanSpace and TripleSafe Installed
CleanSpace is added over the walls. Like our other wall systems, it can hold back water vapor passing through your foundation walls, directing it to your sump pump. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in, no mold or mildew will grow on the CleanSpace! The TripleSafe is also installed.
WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard is installed and a thin layer of cement is added on top to seal everything in place.
Interior Waterproofing Complete
The CleanSpace had been installed as well as the WaterGuard drainage and TripleSafe sump pump. The interior of this basement is complete.
IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning.
