Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement and weep holes are drilled to prepare for the installation of the WaterGuard system.
The WaterGuard System
The WaterGuard system is layed out and ready to be placed in the newly dug trench.
Installing the WaterGuard System
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

WaterGuard and Sump Pump Install
Once the WaterGuard is place the sump pump container is installed. The parts are assembled into the already placed container of the sump pump.
CleanSpace Liner
Once the WaterGuard is installed a layer of CleanSpace is placed on top as a added layer of protection.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
WaterGuard During Install
More areas have the WaterGuard system installed and CleanSpace added on top.
Clean Up
After the products are installed the area is cleaned up before we set the products in place.
Cemented Added
After the products are installed a thin layer of cement is added to secure everything in place.
Product Install
Adding the layer of cement not only help keep everything in place but also adds to the aesthetic making the whole system almost invisible even though it is collecting water and sending to the sump pump and then out of the basement.
Sump Pump
All products including the sump pump are cemented in leading all water out to the exterior drainage system.
Installation of the IceGuard and LawnScape System
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
