Water Intrusion
A basement flood can lead to extensive damage to your home and property. Today's small leak can lead to serious flooding in the future -- don't wait to fix your wet basement!
Water Damage
More signs of water intrusion are visible during the inspection. Water is coming through the bottom of the basement walls.
Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement to prepare for the installation of the drainage system.
WaterGuard Installation
Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.
CleanSpace Liner
After the WaterGuard is installed, a thin layer of CleanSpace is applied on top as an extra layer of protection.
Installing the Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed
The TripleSafe sump pump is fully installed and secure. This will pump any water from the drainage system out of the basement.
Drainage System Installed
After the WaterGuard system is installed a thin layer of cement is applied to keep the whole system in place and secure.
New Electrical Outlet
A new electrical outlet is installed to accommodate the new TripleSafe sump pump.
