Trench Dug
A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement to install the WaterGuard system.
Weep Holes
Weep holes are drilled into the concrete block wall to allow water to flow down into the WaterGuard system.
Trench Drain Excavation
An are is dug out in the doorway where we will place the trench drain.
WaterGuard Installation
The WaterGuard is placed in the trench that was dug. After it is placed it is covered with CleanSpace liner.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our most reliable sump pump system, the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe™ has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
WaterGuard Cemented In
After the WaterGuard is placed and CleanSpace liner added, it is cemented into place.
Sump Pump Secured
The TripleSafe sump pump is cemented into place. All the water that gets trapped in the WaterGuard system will be sent to the sump pump and pumped out through the drainage lines.
Trench Drain Secured
The Trench drain is secured in place by a layer of cement. This will catch any water that comes in through opening and closing of the door.
IceGuard and LawnScape System Installation
Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
Drainage System Install Complete
The drainage lines are buried making the system flush with the ground causing no issues with lawn maintenance.
