This customer in Lexington, TN, called Frontier after a water intrusion in their basement. To waterproof their basement, we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a trench drain at the entrance, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now their basement is dry and clean.

Trench Dug

A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement and a hole excavated for the sump pump. Weep holes are also drilled which will allow water to seep from inside the wall into the WaterGuard system once installed.

WaterGuard Installation

Our most popular drainage system, WaterGuard® is the ideal solution for most basement waterproofing applications. Unlike old-fashioned drain tile systems installed on the outside of the home, WaterGuard® is installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor.

Trench Drain

The Trench drain is cemented into place. We use trench drains in high traffic areas like entrances so water can be captured and funneled into the WaterGuard system and then pumped out through the drainage lines.

IceGuard and LawnScape

Water escapes from the IceGuard® fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. LawnScape™ is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape™ outlet that lets the water out onto the surface while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The lid comes off for easy cleaning. LawnScape™ is best used for downspout extensions over 8' long.
