Challenge

This Tennessee homeowner has lived in this home since 1969 the home was recently left to him as part of his parents estate. He is ready for a permanent solution to fix the water issue in the basement. With heavy rains coming in, the amount of water draining into the basement was only increasing with time. With plans to sell this house in the near future, something had to be done and soon!

Solution

The plan of attack included installing a drainage system for the water to get out, placing BrightWall waterproof panels around the entire space, and making sure that this basement will never have a flooding issue again!

The damage can clearly be seen as more and more water leaks into this basement.
