WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, a buried 4 in. exterior discharge line, extended Downspout/Drain Line under the sidewalk with IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line and a LawnScape Outlet to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure to prevent any damage to the foundation from pooling water.
