We purchased a Sedona Dehumidifier for our basement. Communication was great from the office to installation. Adam was the service technician who installed our unit. He arrived early and completed installation in a timely manner, making sure everything was working properly. Also he made sure we understood equipment operation.

Very professional from the first contact to the completion of the job! There communication , explanation and execution we're all spot on! I have worked in the customer svc field for over 20 years and this is how it should be done !
