5/15 - The install crew came back and glued the discharge PVC pipe. Poor guy, the pump started while he had the pipe line disconnected and he got soaked! They gave us the missing cap we needed and they plugged the extra holes in the block with hydraulic cement for us. Thank you for all your hard work! So glad you were able to get us fixed up!

I felt like Mark addressed the concern without going overboard on other items that could be done (there is no shortage of those) but focused on my concern and how to fix that properly--even breaking out two options and differences which I greatly appreciate. This homeowner had a very large void under his front porch which took a lot of Polymer for that area alone. We were finally able to achieve lift and stabilized the concrete steps. We sealed all the cracks, removing tripping hazards. The result was a very happy customer. That's WOW service for you!
