One of the first things Mrs Walden told me was that she is a perfectionist, she expects excellence. Mr. and Mrs. Walden are ready to put their home on the market and wanted to have what she calls the "bones" checked out; the foundation, plumbing, electric, and roof. She did her homework, called our references and was impressed with the responses she heard. An inspector came out to take a look. Mrs. Walden crawled under the house with him to see for herself. To her surprise things were worse than she expected. Not only did she have mold and water in the crawl space her foundation was seriously compromised. Two of the piers were barely standing. She had a ton of questions for the inspector, she says "and he put up with me." To correct the foundation piers a 3 foot Smart Jack was installed to support the weight of home that was beginning to sag. From there the crawl space could be cleaned up. Proper draining was installed, a 20mil CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry dehumidifier, TripleSafe Single pump, LawnScape and IceGuard outlets to give the water a safe path. The crew planned 4 days for the job and completed in 3. The crew cleaned up each day and left the area looking spotless.  Mrs. Walden mentioned when the LawnScape was installed that the trench was dug neatly and when completed the grass was laid back over the LawnScape pipe just like rolled out sod. “You couldn’t even tell they had dug it up.” Mrs. Walden says the job was costly but well worth it and she gives the entire process high praise. The work “had to be done in some form or another.”  She is happy to have it done correctly with such wonderful results.  The crew took great care of her home, kept her involved, and answered all of her questions each day.

We had Frontier Basement excavate for a basement room of a summer home. Fernando was the foreman for the project. He kept in contact with us about the progress and the schedule for the work. When the project was finished he walked through with us and made sure we were happy with the job. Excellent experience. We will certainly call Frontier again when we are ready to do more work.

Crew did an excellent job cleaning up. Ben Flowers (inspector) was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Ben was the reason we went with Frontier.

Well, the recent deluge did not present any problems in our garage.  Your recently installed system works well and we are very pleased! Bryan Wiggs evaluated our issues and recommended a course of action that w agreed with.  We apprecaited his informative visit. Excellent company. Very pleased with my crawl space, and all the did to to protect my foundation. Fernando and his team did a great job. They always made sure I knew what was going on. We had a hiccup with out plumbing and didn't know if we would finish in time. It was fixed and they finished with time too spare. Very grateful with their hard work!

I had a porch that was leaning and sink really bad do to soil erosion and rock movement. Frontier was already doing some follow-up inspection on previous water-proofing work that they did in my basement last year. While there they recommended the Poly treatment lift to fix the porch. So Eric comes out a couple days later...matter of fact it had snowed a little the night before and it was very cold outside, he walked me through his thought process on how he was going to fix the porch. Eric was a very personable man...and answered all my various question on the poly treatment and his work experience.

I just want to say the work team who just spent three days at my home installing an encapsulation was excellent. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have around here. Joe, Raul and Gabriel are excellent workers with great teamwork. I had a great lunch with them. Thanks for sending a great team to my home!!!

To Whom It May Concern: I received in the mail yesterday a survey form, along with a request that I fill it out and return it to you. To just fill out the survey form and return it would only tell a small fraction of the story, I have chosen this method to tell you the whole story. For the past couple of years I have been doing my homework trying to figure out the best way to overcome my crawlspace swimming pool, and the cost of doing so. I have arrived at the conclusion that there were only about two ways to solve the problem, and that the cost would be somewhere between $10,000 and $15,000 depending on which way I decided to go.  Then there was the "Home Expo" here in Bowling Green, where I picked up information on your company and a local company offering close to the same product. Preferring to go with the local company, I called them and made arrangements to get an estimate for the work. After four visits to my home beginning on March 23, wasting over 3 hours of my time, I still do NOT have a written estimate (from the local company). And however, the verbal estimate I DO have does not include the SmartSump, WaterWatch II Alarm, Ice Guard, nor the "I" beam for over the crawlspace door and is still over $1000 higher then yours. An appointment was made for April 19, and unlike your competitor, Mr. Layne Gebers was on time, took less then two hours, went over everything, and I ended up with a written estimate right then. You were then given a check for half the cost and arrangement were made as to when you would be at my home to commence the work. On the date and time arranged (April 30), your work crew was here, went to work and the only time I was them stop during the workday was for a short lunch.  They were through, methodical, neat, polite, and from what I can see of the finished project, highly skilled and knowledgeable about what they were doing. During the original telephone call to set up the date for the work to be done, it was determined that the work would take 4 or 5 days. You were dead on the money with this estimate. Your crew finished up in 4 days and did so by staying late on the fourth days to complete the project and the final clean up. As for the clean up itself, they made one hell of a mess!  Taking out all the insulation, a sheet of plywood, bringing in gravel, ext.  After they were done, I went around to do my own clean up and was unable to fill a one pound coffee can with debris.  Now that is one GOOD job of cleaning up a king size mess. I had expected to spend the better part of the morning cleaning up a mess, but that was not the case.  I was and still am impressed at the clean up done by your crew. You asked if I would recommend your business to others looking to clean up their crawlspace, my answer is simple, I would not hesitate a heartbeat to recommend you to anyone.  I am 60 years old and spent the better part of my life in various parts of our great country.  During this time I have never been one to offer praise lightly and have had to spend a lot of time fighting with companies to get them to honor the minimums in their contracts. You also ask if you may use me as a reference; the answer is YES! I am very favorably impressed with the way your company handled everything from A to Z! Ralph Schwartz  

I recently had work done by your company and wanted to share my experience with you. I believe it's very important to let it be known when service can be improved but also when service is above average. The latter is certainly the case here! You should be very proud of your workers and the job they do. I was heartbroken when I realized I had significant damage to my home due to foundation failure but you all took great care of me. Danny came and was my first contact. He provided the estimate. He was extremely thorough and I felt that he looked it all over and it was explained to me what needed to be done and why. It was a long consultation that was needed to find out exactly what was going on and where all was affected and the best way to fix it. It was over 3 hours that he was here. I will also point out that I had another company, USS, to come give an estimate. I couldn't believe that right after he came in, within the first 10 minutes, he asked to see the proposal from the competitor. I only gave him the drawing not the proposal amount. I couldn't believe that. He lost major points with me right then. He was here maybe 30 minutes. There was no comparison to his consultation vs yours. I didn't offer any information to him and he didn't even bother to really check out the damage and see what was going on or ask any questions. The next step was when the crew came to do the repairs. I was amazed at their work ethic and how they never wasted time. In today's society, it's hard to find people to work and do the job and give quality work. They were here for 3 days and worked nonstop. They had very hard labor to do for the first 2 days they were here. There were a lot of holes to dig and deep ones too. Fernando was the foreman and there were 2 workers with him. I couldn't believe how careful they were as they removed landscaping and dug holes for the piers. They also took away the concrete that was removed! When you look outside now, you would never know there was anything done. Unbelievable! I did a lot of research before going with Frontier. I'm thrilled with the work and taking care of my problems. I'd highly recommend you to anyone needing services you perform. I will certainly keep you in mind if I hear of anyone needing help. These days it's so hard to find hard workers and work performed up to standards like it should be---you delivered 110%! Thanks for a job very well done! Very pleased. Couldn't be more happy; It was very detailed. It was important that I know exactly what was going on and to access the damage and the plans of correcting it; I couldn't believe there is not one thing out of place or messy. They were very detailed in making sure to take care of everything; The time and attention that was given on the first appt went a very long way. I had another estimate and that company rep didn't look around hardly any or ask any questions about what was the problem was. He asked for the paperwork from you all and stated he would do the same on the outside but the inside would be different. Not impressed at all by him; Thanks so much for restoring my home and the great care that everyone gave. Each person I have had contact with did a terrific job!
