He exceeded my expectations, and he outperformed many of the other servicemen that I've had in the past (and that's hard to do). He took care of everything as if it was his own home. The crew did a great job! They cleaned up after the job was completed! They were prompt, efficient, and did a great job of getting a top notch job down in very little time. The office staff was good at calling for appointments and reminders. Excellent job overall!

The system was tested within a week of completion during a rainfall of over 3 inches in 18 hours, which would have most definitely flooded the basement. It worked Great!! The entire basement remained DRY!!

I had several different companies come to give me an estimate.  Mitch did a great job of explaining everything and I felt he had my best interest at heart.  I felt confident in his recommendation and knew he would make sure everything was done to my satisfaction! Gumaro was a great foreman, he called to let me know when they were coming both days.  He arrived on time, was very professional, explained exactly what was being done as they worked.  He showed me pictures before and after and took time to answer questions.

I'm glad about my choice. Very good company to deal with.  Hunter did a great job letting me know what I needed, Charles and his crew did a super job installing and cleaning up after. Very easy to work with,  knowledgable, professional, and kept me informed of what was going on.   Cleaned up everything and hauled it away, Even swept the vapor barrier.  

Frontier encapsulated our crawl space allowing us to create a basement space and to provide an emergency safe space. Brad provided excellent information and insight during the sales process and returned to verify the that the installation was going according to the contractual commitment. The installation team was friendly, very professional, dedicated to doing the best job possible and cleaned up afterwards. I have already noticed a vast improvement to the air quality and the overall look and feel of the new basement space. It was greatly appreciated that the Frontier team kept us informed during the whole process. The final product was well worth the investment.

We continue to be extremely impressed with Frontier Basement Systems. We had our first annual maintenance on our crawlspace and our service tech was outstanding. He spent an hour in the crawlspace inspecting to make sure every detail was perfect, changing the filter on the dehumidifier, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
