We had a sump pump installed by Frontier Basements Systems in 2004 after our home was flooded with a few inches of water. In 2010 we were massively flooded but this time with with 5 feet of water in our walk out basement. After the small 2004 flood we had ready to use sand bags, waterproof door panels etc. to try and keep the water out in the 2010 flood. Unfortunately we had sandbags for 3.5 feet but not 5 feet. When the water receded I expected to find my basement full of water. After all the sandbags had done a good job keeping the water out until we ran out of bags and the water came over the top so I assumed the water would be held in our home by the same sandbags. Incredibly though when I made it back to our home a few hours past the peak of the flooding our sump pump had completely emptied the water out. We literally had stranded and dying fish in our home but we were able to walk right in and start cleaning up thanks to our sump pump. So keep up with your annual maintenance, it is a silent sentry, but it will really be there when you need it most. Earlier this week Jason came out for our annual service. He did a great job cleaning it, making sure it works, etc. he clearly explained what he was doing etc. and we know it is working and ready for the day we may need it again (but let’s hope that day isn’t any time soon!).

Extremely pleased with the service and the work! The crew arrived early, answered every question he had and updated me on progress. Gumaro and his crew are the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They worked straight through and never stopped until it was finished. Love the entire company!!

Overall, Chad was professional and courteous. He was able to explain how things work in a home. He was able to narrow down the air flow leak in my home. He went through and explained how it can be fixed. I was very pleased with the overall experience. 

The Design Specialist Robert did and excellent job explaining the best options to fix our water problem. And we appreciate the excellent job Carlos and his crew did. The quality of work and the reasonable pricing is what made us chose Frontier Basement System over the competition.

I had my annual crawlspace maintenance done today. The crew member that provided the service is excellent at his job. He exceeded my expectations, and he outperformed many of the other servicemen that I've had in the past (and that's hard to do). He took care of everything as if it was his own home. Hands down-He's one of the BEST!! I would highly recommend him and I am truly grateful for the great work that he did in my home. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The crew did a great job! They cleaned up after the job was completed! They were prompt, efficient, and did a great job of getting a top notch job down in very little time. The office staff was good at calling for appointments and reminders. Excellent job overall!

The system was tested within a week of completion during a rainfall of over 3 inches in 18 hours, which would have most definitely flooded the basement. It worked Great!! The entire basement remained DRY!!

I had several different companies come to give me an estimate.  Mitch did a great job of explaining everything and I felt he had my best interest at heart.  I felt confident in his recommendation and knew he would make sure everything was done to my satisfaction! Gumaro was a great foreman, he called to let me know when they were coming both days.  He arrived on time, was very professional, explained exactly what was being done as they worked.  He showed me pictures before and after and took time to answer questions.

I was absolutely thrilled with the crew and their thorough installation and perfect clean up. I have already recommended Frontier Basement Systems to a friend, whom is scheduled to start next week!

I'm glad about my choice. Very good company to deal with.  Hunter did a great job letting me know what I needed, Charles and his crew did a super job installing and cleaning up after. Very easy to work with,  knowledgable, professional, and kept me informed of what was going on.   Cleaned up everything and hauled it away, Even swept the vapor barrier.
