Dear Frontier Basement Systems,    Frontier Basement Systems was the best choice for my home. I looked at many others and this one is the best. All of the staff I have spoken with is extremely through and prompt. Even though we chose not to completely finish our basement. When it is all said and done it will be completely dry, up to code, and will look like a totally new room down there! Our project, to my amazement, has turned out to be very affordable for us!    Mr. Robert Summers came to our home on a Saturday. He assessed the porperty, advised on all areas of concern, and designed a plan of correction for it. He had amazing credentials and the expertise showed. He was an excellent representative for this company professionally and we felt personally. Because he was extremely patient and kind with us; and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we felt comfortable and understood. When my project is complete I will be highly recommending Frontier Basement Systems to others. Brad saw a mistake that our plumber made, he was not talking badly about another person’s work just pointed it out to us and it ended up saving us thousands of dollars. He was very polite, does his work productively, and is a great leader at the same time.  A great guy!

The staff is always professional and on time. The Call Center always answers all my questions in a friendly way. Morgan serviced my CleanSpace and pumps and took his time to do a good job.  I liked that he explained to me what he was doing as he worked. Everything is always left just like it was when they arrived.  That is much appreciated. I was having water issues under my house and I heard about Frontier Basement.  I gave them a try and couldn't be more pleased.  I've been a satisfied customer since 2006.
