Couldn't have asked for nicer folks to deal with and discuss the problems.
Everyone I have talked with or asked question of were always very polite and easy to talk to.
I assume this was the engineer that looked over and assessed our problems. Ryan was clear, easy to understand and very professional.
The polyfil person, Manny, was very professional and personable. The water guard crew lead by Roger was also very good. They ran into some unforeseen problems and were able to take care of them. A group of hard workers and stayed on the job til about 10PM trying to finish. Roger and Hermes returned two days later to complete an item they were not prepared for. Excellent work and it looks like a fine final product.
Both cleaned up any debris, etc., generated by the job.
The reason this time is because we had experience with you folks 7 or 8 years ago. The first time, I believe you were recommended by Cardinal Roofing (now out of business).
