Felt any changes from what sales person sold us, needed to be addressed with customer prior to morning of install. Situation was worked out and work went ahead following customer saying, no, that’s not what agreed to do.
Everyone who called me via phone was pleasantly friendly and efficient.
Chris Schmahl was professional and informative and explained my questions in layman terms. He also answered my call the day of install when work deviated as agreed.
From a visual approach of work performed, Did a nice job. Will was courteous and spoke to his supervisor regarding deviated work to our 50’ porch underneath. Completed a change order, etc.

Reviews In 2022, we had two Smart Jacks installed. Thus far, I don’t see Jacks took care of our issue; however, I was told by Chris S, once the encapsulation has been in place for 90 days the wall crack should close and Frontier staff will come back to inspect same. Will stated a time frame for Smart Jack to correct our problem (closing interior stress fracture) may take 6 months (installation of then2 smart jacks did not and have not closed our stress fracture after installing). Hoping the Smart Jack install was not a waste of our money. Thank you.
