Ricky was great and explained what and why to back up what he recommended.
Fernando and his helper Jose did a great job. The finished work looks good and we can use our basement again with the confidence that our belongings won't get wet. It is like adding a room to our house. Fernando also explained what was going to happen and worked with me on a couple of change orders. He was very flexible and his knowledge and experience made me feel good about the system they installed.
They did good. They found away into the work space with out dragging all of the equipment through the house. It is a messy process and hard to keep anything dust free.
